Proposed New Facilities

Plans & Specification for the New Facilities at St Denys Church, Ravensthorpe

The following plans have been submitted to the Peterborough Diocesan Advisory Committee ('DAC') in February 2017 for their consideration. They have been posted here in order that any villagers interested in the project have an opportunity to view them at their convenience. The plans are also on display in the church itself. For further information or updates on the project please keep an eye on the village newsletter or ask a member of the PCC or clergy team.

The proposed works include: • Installation of a disabled toilet and baby change in the North West corner • Installation of a concealed servery adjacent to the toilet on the West wall • Removal of the pew platform in the south aisle and reflooring with stone • Positioning of a replacement digital pipeless organ between the servery and the bell tower • Installation of a cess pool and associated service pipes and trunking under the North path • Resurfacing of the North Path and improvements to the North door and the gate to Church Hill to allow for better sloping access for those with mobility issues.

The PDF files below - 2 plans and a specification outline - give exact details as to the proposals. Simply click on them to view the plans.
